Join us for a pop-up “Teddy Bear Clinic” sponsored by the Trauma Center at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. We will cover topics on car and helmet safety in a fun and interactive way before letting the children dress up as doctors and nurses and “take care” of an injured stuffed animal. Children will receive a free Stony Brook Children’s Teddy Bear, and your child is welcome to bring along their own stuffed animal, as well!
This event is open to children 3-8 years old. Parents/guardians, please plan to stay with your child(ren) during the entire program (about 30-45 minutes). Older siblings will be allowed to participate as space permits. Pre-registration is required for each individual to receive the free teddy bear. Space is limited, while supplies last.
